Návrh jednotného rámce pro integraci systémů řízení

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is an analysis of integrated management systems. A comprehensive guide for IMS implementation, which also includes the steps necessary for its realization is provided. Based on the analysis of selected system standards, the framework procedure for the implementation of the integrated management system and also the model for the implementation of IMS, which is a part of the mentioned procedure, were proposed. The presented model is based on the PDCA cycle and is fully compatible with the ISO system standards. The flowcharts and illustrative examples of how to proceed during implementation of individual activities are also included. The diploma thesis is written according to the standards which were up to date by 31. 12. 2018.
