Abstract
Thesis, Economical aspects of relation settlement between religious organization and state especially focuses on financing of churches and religious companies in the Czech Republic and selected countries in the European Union. First chapter deals with models of state and church, law species which relates to churches and religious companies. Third part deals with churches financing in the Czech Republic and selected states in the European Union. The fourth part pursues reasons and progress of church restitution in the Czech Republic in detail. In the end of thesis is incorporated knowledge about church restitution development.
