Polyfunkční dům v Bystřici pod Hostýnem

Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The goal of this diploma thesis is to develop documentation for the construction of a multifunctional house in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is divided into two parts, where the larger part of the building is used for housing purposes and a smaller object serves as a medical facility. In the medical facility there are four surgeries for general practitioners. The building is made of brick, the type of construction system is two-way. The building has a partial basement with three above ground floors and a single layer flat roof. The content of this documentation will be a text part and a drawing part. In the text part there will also be a thermal-technical assessment of the building's enveloping structures, an energy label and a static assessment of one selected structural element. In this case, it is a reinforced concrete channel, which is located on the first floor. The drawing documentation and drawings of the static part are prepared in the appendix.
