Abstract

The bachelor thesis consists of six chapters. Chapter One intoduces the topic. In the second chapter I mentioned the importance of employee trining, training methods and characteristics of public administration. The third chapter contains a description of the selected organization - the Office of the borough Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz. Analysis of current personnel policies in education and the result of a survey contained in part four. The fifth chapter is to present proposals and suggestions in connection with the findings resulting from the questionnaire. The Summary of this bachelor is the content of the sixth chapter.
