Abstract

This desertation work examines emergency needs assessment and its substantive documentation for the individual establishments in regard diversity. The obligations are selected arising for all legal and natural persons involved, and also for the establishments in regard at the beginning of my desertation work. Pursuand of observed data is compiled the table with individual documents and the legal regulations . The table is the menu, how to process the all documents. The types of documents varies depending on the classification of the educational establishment in the rate of the fire risk. Conclusion follows that the establishments do not need obligacion to process emergency documentation , pursuad on .the legal regulations. Based on an assessment of the situation, I recommend to process simplified evacuation plan, from the emergency documentation and I created a model dokument
