Insolvenční řízení v praxi

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Insolvency proceedings in practice. In the first part of the work the Insolvency law, insolvency proceedings, their phases and the way of solving the bankruptcy are defined. Furthermore, the amendment to the Insolvency law is interpreted. In its second part the thesis is concerned with individual cases describing their courses and solutions. It turns attention to some of the problems related to insolvency proceedings, and suggests possible recommended solutions.
