Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with a teoretical desciption of franchising and with a desciption of legal belongings related to it. First chapter describes keywords as franchising, franchisor, franchisee, franchising contract, sorting of franchising, advantages and disadvantages for both parties engaged. Second chapter deals with legal aspects of franchise Establishing. Practical use of franchising isdeveloped in fourth chapter.
