Abstract

Bachelor thesis was dedicated theme internal guidelines which means defining concept of „internal guidelines“, structure of guidelines, analysis liable and unliable guidelines and Czech legal regulations of internal guidelines where is defined liable or request of creation internal guidelines for companies and entrepreneurs.

Another chapter was continued at limited liability company CLIMART, spol. s r. o. where was definited informations about subject of business, headquarter, establishment of company and responsible persons.

Practical chapter was dedicated analysis existence intrnal guidelines in limited liablity company CLIMART, spol. s r. o., their modification or actualize. Then was created six new internal guidelines which adjust this issues: valuation of assets and liabilities, allowance, accruals, business trip, financial statements and custody and archiving od accountant documents.
