Optimalizace vybraných mandatorních výdajů organizace

Abstract

V rámci práce došlo k vyhodnocení části mandatorních výdajů Krajského ředitelství policie Olomouckého kraje, které souvisí se zajištěním pravidelných revizí technického zařízení, které jsou doposud zajišťovány formou outsourcingu. Na základě analýzy samotných činností a výdajů na ně, byl přijat závěr, že v rámci optimalizace nákladů organizace je možné zajišťovat revize elektrických zařízení. V souvislosti s tímto byla zvolena varianta, že vybrané revize by po proškolení zajišťovali dva současní elektrikáři organizace. V návaznosti na toto by ve zvoleném pětiletém období došlo v oblasti sledovaných mandatorních výdajů k relevantní úspoře.

In the context of the work was done an evaluation of Mandatory expenditure of the Regional Directorate the Police of the Olomouc region associated with ensuring the regular revisions of the technical facilities which are now provided in the form of outsourcing. On the basis of an activities analysis and its expenditure was concluded that in the context of enterprise cost optimization, is possible to ensure the revision of electrical equipment. In connection with this was chosen variant that the selected revisions would be done by two current electricians of the organization. They also need to be trained. Further to this, in the five-year period would be visible relevant savings in the area of Mandatory expenditure.
