Zmapování spokojenosti zaměstnanců s efektivitou komunikace v organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on mapping of employee satisfaction with communication effectiveness in an organization. The aim of this study was to determine how efficient the internal communication in a selected primary school in the Moravian-Silesian Region is and to propose a solution to the problems decreasing this effectiveness. To obtain needed empirical data, I performed the questionnaire survey in teachers from this primary school. Subsequently, I processed the survey results statistically, I performed an analysis of results and evaluated particular parts of the corporate communication. This survey showed that the internal communication is relatively well established. and thus the communication works satisfactorily. I discovered only minute inadequacies, which concern both downward and upward internal communication. Therefore I suggested measures to reduce these problems or eliminate them totally. The internal communication will be thus more efficient, what can lead for example to better quality management, higher employee satisfaction and a lot of other effects.
