Aktivní politika zaměstnanosti se zaměřením na rekvalifikace v Odrách

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with active employment policy with respect to requalification; special attention is dedicated to requalification in Odry, more precisely people being registered at Labour Office in Odry, who went through requalification in 2012. The aim of thesis is to find differences between effectiveness of classic requalification and chosen retraining, analyse requalified job seekers from the various points of view and evaluate effectiveness and success of requalification being organized by the Labour Office in Odry in 2012. In theoretical part of the thesis, there is active employment policy described including its basic aims; the key regulations and terms of this field are mentioned and the tools of active employment policy are analyzed. In the practical part, there are classic and chosen requalification compared and effectiveness of those in municipality Odry in 2012 is evaluated. Methods such as description, analysis and comparison are used in the thesis.
