Abstract

ŠUŠKA, Pavel. Guide to the obligations of machinery manufacturers in area of OSH. Thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2019, 53. The bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of a clear and comprehensible guide to legal and other obligations that the manufacturer of machinery must comply within the area of occupational safety and health. The theoretical part contains basic knowledge about the risk assessment of machinery, methods for application of risk analysis and overview of the legislation which the manufacturer has to follow. The practical part of the thesis contains a universal guide to legal and other obligations of manufacturers of machinery in the field of occupational safety and health, which was programmed in the MS Excel program and verified on selected machinery of ELVAC.
