Optimalizace rozmístění zboží ve skladu

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis was the optimalization of goods layout in warehouse of Martek Medical a.s. company. At the beginning of thesis the theoretic base of inventory management, storing and warehouse management system was defined. The Martek Medical a.s. is introduced in the next part of thesis. After the introduction the analysis of current situation and potential of implemented warehouse management system took place. For optimalization process of goods layout in warehouse was used the method of ABC analysis based on frequency of stock outgoing. The new layout of warehouse items was designed in reference to result of this analysis. Next suggestion mentioned was the ABC analysis process automatization and at its result warehouse items automatic assigning to proper warehouse location.
