Abstract

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the proposal of marketing communication for a new kind of food for dogs and cats, named „dried crushed meat“. The theoretical part describes characteristics of the Czech pet food market and explains the basic terms of marketing communication. The practical part contains the research methodology, including the method of data collection, which is electronic questionnaires. Acquired data are analysed and interpreted. Based on the research results I submit recommendations for marketing communication, which should lead to increased awareness of the product and an increase in sales.
