Měření spokojenosti zaměstnavatelů se službami úřadu práce

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor work is to analyse employer’s satisfaction with Services of the Employment Office. I chose a personal and electronical questionnaire to reach defined aim, it should find out opinions of individual employers for particular issue. Following to executed research, factors rated as employer´s satisfaction were defined, as well as concerning improvement concepts were suggested. In the theoretical part, there is a short introduction to Employment Office in Nový Jičín, containing my description of theoretical basis within the employer´s satisfaction measurement in the services. Analysis part contains sights on the course of marketing research, analyze and interpretation of ascertained dates, and consequential suggestions and recommendation for corrective action of unsatisfactory points. On my bachelor work I cooperated with Employment Office in Nový Jičín, because I focused on Nový Jičín employers and nearby areas.
