Abstract
This thesis deals with problems of employee benefits in the company OPATHERM a.s. It defines individual benefits, especially in terms of tax aspect, and describes the company and its provided benefits. On the basis of a questionnaire there is also given an analysis of employee satisfaction with the benefits.
