Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create project documentation of an office building with green roof in the given range. The project involves a free-standing non-basement building with four above-ground floors. The load-bearing structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with infill walls. The building is roofed with a single-layer, walkable green roof with extensive vegetation. The foundations design includes two-step pad footings and strip foundations. The building is intended to serve as office space. The diploma thesis contains Technical report for the construction part to the Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation [1], drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2], the energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2], and static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase according to ČSN EN 1991-1-1 (730035) [3] a ČSN EN 1992-1-1 (7931201) [4].
