Dobývání a zpracování bloků mramoru

Abstract

This thesis deals with the mining and subsequent processing of the marble blocks, primary focusing on mining and also processing technology which is applied by Vietnamese Việt Đức Marble Company. This thesis is divided into four main chapters, which are primarily based on the publication named DOJČÁR, O. Dobývanie a spracovanie kameňa. Bratislava: Alfa, 1984. Vysoká škola technická v Košicích. In the first chapter author defines general comments to marble, followed by a brief presentation of the site concerned and also particular mining organisation. Then it feeds into the introduction of the certain specifics that need to be taken into account with the block marble mining, presented by the technique which is currently commonly used in these types of the mining. The second chapter describes how the loading and transport of the extracted blocks proceeds. Third chapter is concerned with the explanation of the machinery which is used by Việt Đức Marble Company to process marble blocks on the individual slabs. In the last chapter author presents its own proposal for the innovations in mining and also processing of the marble blocks in Việt Đức Marble Company.
