Činnost a hospodaření vybraného dětského domova

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's thesis was the activity and management of a selected children's home in the period from 2015 to 2020. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a children's home operating as a contributory organization of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The bachelor thesis was structured into five chapters, of which the first three chapters form the theoretical part and the fourth chapter the practical part. In the theoretical part, emphasis was placed on the characteristics of institutional education in the Czech Republic, on the history of the legislative framework of institutional education and its. In the practical part, emphasis was placed on evaluating the activities and management of the Children's Home and School Canteen in Havířov-Podlesí. The results of the evaluation showed that the home achieved a positive economic result in all monitored periods, with the result of 2016, when it managed with a balanced economic result. The results of the analysis show the overall good condition of the home.
