Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis focused on the phonocardiogram (PCG) signal processing is to design and implement in a graphical user interface (GUI) developed in the MATLAB programming language. First, the thesis describes fist the theory with an implemented research of the issue, segmen-tation and classification of heart sounds. This application is based on the generation of noise part in the form of Gaussian noise or network interference to the PCG signal, followed by filtration and verifica-tion of the quality of the filtration performed on basis of the individual methods used to evaluate the quality of the filtration performed.
