Pasportizace a znovuvyužití brownfields na území Ostravska

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of brownfields the city of Ostrava. The first part has the character of a literature review dealing with the categorization of brownfields, their genesis and register on the territory of the Czech republic. The practical part is focused on passportisation and redevelopment of brownfields in the city of Ostrava – Přívoz. Passportisation was done in cooperation with the Regional Development Agency for the purpose of completion of all the available information and databases of brownfield sites and also finding weaknesses or threats that brownfields can represent for the city of Ostrava. Research was running in the summer and autumn of 2015. The territory has a total of 30 identified brownfields, 20 areas have a social character brownfield, next found have character after the former use of the industrial production, after underground mining, landfill, garage and brownfield in stations. Part of diploma thesis was to create interactive maps for Ostrava – Přívoz. The proposed map is not only to locate brownfields, but also for their classification and categorization in the database brownfields of Ostrava.
