Aktualizace příručky kvality v souladu s požadavky normy ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with updating the quality manual based on the requirements of the revised standard ISO 9001:2015 in the company FERRCOMP a.s. The ISO concept for quality management and the description of main standards of ISO 9000 series are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. Further document management in quality management systems is described. The theoretical part lists the essentials that the documents in the organization must have, focusing on the quality manual and documented procedures. The practical part deals with comparing the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015. The identification of changes in the revised standard was important for the following analysis of the quality manual. For identified shortages the solutions were proposed and adapted to the draft of the updated quality manual in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
