Abstract
The aim of this submitted thesis was to verify the basic parameters of the method for determining the volatile fatty acids by gas chromatogramy. In another procedure I verified the basic parameters of the extraction method of volatile fatty acids from liquid samples of compost water and solid phase of compost. There was also done the partial validation of analytical method.
