Plesná - návrh nového využití areálu zemědělské výroby

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the development of regional studies in the draft urban design to installation of free-standing single-family homes and nursing homes in the village Plesná. This study is elaborated on the basis of urban and technical conditions. The zoning plan of the city of Ostrava, this site is designated as an area of agricultural production, which is now canceled. The concept of zoning plan, the area is designated as the area for construction. The proposal contains two options, the selected option is then elaborated in detail. Urban design provides a complete solution that includes the overall layout, design of housing, infrastructure, transport, green spaces and design of public space with a relaxation and recreation zones including furniture.
