Abstract

Bachelor thesis concerns the application space management in the administrative building. Describes the current condition of space management in the Czech Republic and abroad, the general methodology and also focuses on trends and use of office space and optimization. Currently becomes efficient use of space on the importance and with proper design, and proper optimization of the premises can actually help improve the operation of the building, ensuring flexibility in the workplace and reduce company costs.
