Abstract

This thesis deals with the Project of Utilization of Unused Municipal Property. The main object of the thesis is to draw up the concept of funding unused property in municipality, which should be used as a multifunction centre, and to recommend the optimal option how to support this project. The theoretical part is turned to budget management of munucipalities and questions of unused property of municipalities. The practical part is at first focused on the analysis of budget management in light of revenues and expenditures and then it focuses on proposals of funding the project.
