Abstract
The content of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of municipal economy and appreciation of the role of local fees in the municipal budget during observed period 2007 – 2011. In the first chapter are determinate the fundamental terms and describe the sorts of the local fees. The second chapter analysis of municipal economy. Another chapter is about local taxes, that are administered and collected in Horní Suchá. It focuses on the development of local taxes and their role in the municipal budget during observed period. Subsequently, are described the suggestions for imporovement of local fees system in selected commune.
