Modely řízení a možnosti vícezdrojového financování ve vybraném oboru kultury

Abstract

The dissertation is focused on management models and the possibility of the multi-resource financing of culture. The chosen field of culture - librarianship - is described, analyzed and compared in terms of management and finances with other countries (i.e. the Czech Republic, Poland, and the Slovak Republic). The reason of that choice is the fact that libraries are ranked among the main subjects of the regional culture. The dissertation is divided into four chapters. The first and second chapters are theoretical. In the third chapter there are shown results of a survey. The fourth chapter is mainly comparative. In the first part the management and multi-resource financing of culture is considered in its complexity, in the second part only indicators of the selected field of culture (librarianship) are compared with indicators in the selected countries. In the dissertation the following methods were used – analysis, synthesis, comparison, and survey via questionnaire.
