Model optimalizace nestrategických dodavatelů v podmínkách průmyslové výroby

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the issue of optimizing the number of suppliers in the company doing business in the automotive industry. The work is starting with the selected aspects of the purchasing management and the selected applied methods. A substantial part of the work is processing the analysis of file with nonstrategic suppliers and use of selected methods for optimizing their quantity. The final part of it is the recommendation and a proposal for a procedure leading to the optimisation of the suppliers.
