Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of evaluating the process of recruiting and selecting employees in a selected company. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company Liberty Ostrava a.s. and propose recommendations and suggestions to improve this process. The proposals and recommendations result from a questionnaire survey of newly hired employees.
