Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of administrative fees at the Municipal authority in Šumperk. The thesis is divided into five parts. First part is the introduction and the last part is the conclusion. Second part describes functions and types of administrative fees. In the introduction is described characterization of administrative proceedings and administrative code. The main part of second chapter is devoted to the history of the administrative fees. Further are described functions and representation of the administrative fees in public revenue. In the third chapter is described scope of the village and particular types of authorities. Included is also characterization of the city Šumperk and systematization of the municipal authority. Fourth chapter analyzes administrative fees collected in the years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and subsequent evaluation.
