Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of augmented reality technology, its imaging methods and its possible applications in various industries. The thesis also discusses the software tools required to create an application using augmented reality. It also discusses the possibilities of using augmented reality technology in the Smart Factory laboratory. Here, a laboratory workstation has been selected as a demonstration task for the developed application using augmented reality technology.
