Abstract

Nowadays many companies have their marketing departments, or at least hire external companies to provide marketing services. However, besides the private sphere, marketing is also being increasingly applied in the public sphere. City councils no longer have to make decisions and proposals based only on their own judgement, but can use marketing tools to ensure satisfaction of the inhabitants. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse, using written queries, how the city inhabitants are satisfied with the services provided by the city and other services that are offered. Also to find out how the inhabitants spend their leisure time and what new activities or services would they welcome in the city.
