Financování bytového domu z fondů EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem „Financování bytového domu z fondů EU“ je zaměřena na oblast strukturálních fondů a posouzení hypotézy existence vhodného dotačního titulu v rámci projektu, jehož realizátorem je společnost Nové bydlení plus a.s. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením problematiky strukturálních fondů a s ní souvisejícími pojmy včetně legislativní úpravy dané oblasti. Ve druhé části jsou zahrnuty jednotlivé etapy projektové přípravy a jsou zde i přiblíženy podmínky získání finančních prostředků z fondů EU. Třetí část obsahuje projekt bytového domu a jeho záměr. Následně jsou uvedeny jednotlivé alternativy dotačních titulů a jejich charakteristiky. V samotném závěru práce je uvedeno vyhodnocení dané hypotézy a je zde obsažen návrh na další možnosti postupu financování bytového domu.

The diploma disertation called „Financing of the apartment building from EU funds” is focused on the structural funds and the assessment of hypotheses the existence of a suitable grant title to the project, implemented by the Nové bydlení plus Company SpA. The first part deals with theoretical problems of defining the structural funds and its related concepts, including legislating the area. The second part included the different stages of project preparation and are even closer to the conditions of obtaining funds from the EU funds. The third section contains a residential building project and its objectives. Consequently, various options are given subsidies and their characteristics. In conclusion, is the evaluation of the hypotheses mentioned here and included a proposal for additional funding opportunities to progress the apartment building.
