Regionální politika a strukturální pomoc EU v Polské republice

Abstract

The aim of Diploma Thesis is analysis and evaluation of benefits of EU structural aid in Poland in the programming period 2004 – 2006 and 2007 – 2013. EU Cohesion Policy and its financial instruments present a key role in the economic, social and territorial development of regions in today's enlarged European Union. Membership of Poland in the European Union brings lots of benefits and opportunities. One of the interesting and valuable opportunities for Poland is utilization of EU Structural Funds through a specific structure of operational programmes in the framework of EU Cohesion Policy. This Diploma Thesis is focused on analysis of structural aid from the financial point of the view in Poland which was provided by the Community Support Framework of Poland in programming period 2004 – 2006 (ex-post evaluation) and is provided now by the National Strategic Reference Framework 2007 – 2013 (on-going evaluation).
