Analýza strukturální nerovnováhy na regionálním trhu práce a možnosti jejího snižování

Abstract

The labor market is one of the main markets for the factors of production where offer and demand are intefering. The aim of this work is to find, on the basis of available data and information, the labor market situation, ie to analyze the structural imbalance analysis, and to propose, if necessary, measures that would help to reduce this imbalance in the labor market. The topic of this bachelor thesis Analysis of Structural Imbalances in the Regional Labour Market and Possibilities of their Reduction. The thesis is divided into five parts, the first and the last part being the introduction and the conclusion. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical part, while in the third and fourth chapters the practical part.
