Abstract

The main subject of this thesis is system of control of nonconforming product – an inherent part of the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. The goal of thesis’ practical part is a description of current state of control of nonconforming products of organisation Hopax s.r.o. Its analysis is carried out in order to identify weaknesses and to suggest changes to improve the system. For reporting nonconformities and requesting preventive changes, for detailed analysis of nonconformities and proposals for changes, and for the creation of corrective and preventive actions new forms were proposed. Moreover, a new database was created in order to record information from control; it makes it possible to automatically generate follow-up forms, summarizing graphical outputs or indicators important for an overview of the identified nonconforming products. The theoretical part deals with nonconforming product management process and standards requirements.
