Datový standard informačních modelů staveb pro potřeby stanovení nákladů na údržbu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem datového standardu pro evidenci a vyhodnocování investičních (CAPEX) a provozních (OPEX) nákladů v oblastí facility managementu průmyslových objektů. Práce analyzuje současnou praxi v poskytování těchto dat, ze strany firem, poukazuje na jejich nejednotnost a navrhuje systém pro jejich standardizaci. Součástí je také benchmarking získaných dat a jejich porovnání. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako základ pro další digitalizaci a sjednocení postupů v českém stavebnictví, kde dosud obdobná metodika chybí.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a data standard for the registration and evaulation of investment (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) costs in the field of facility management of industrial objects. The thesis analyses the current practice in providing these data, by companies, points out their inconsistency and proposes a system for their standardization. Benchmark of obtained data and their comparison is also included. The result of this work can serve as a basis for further digilitazation on unification of practises in the Czech construction industry, where a similar methodology is still missing.
