Abstract

The primary objection of this diploma thesis is creation of a design documentation for realization of a dealership building in accordance with appropriate laws and standards. Thesis contains drawings and technical report created according with valid standards. Part of this thesis is also a thermal analysis of the building´s perimeter structures, assessment of buildings details, energy label of the building and structural evaluation of one selected structural element. Dealership building design is processed in accordance with a given study. It is a three-floor building with flat roof. Showroom part of a building is partly underground. Basement is mainly used as a storage and space for technical equipment. Ground floor is used for sale and service of cars. Second floor is designed for needs of staff members and it is used as office spaces.
