Technologický postup provádění stavebních prací objektu bytového domu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with house bulding in the suburban area of Uherské Hradiště on the undeveloped property num. 35/2, owned by the town of Uherské Hradiště. The apartment dwelling house is designed as a three-storey, full-area basement building with a saddle roof for 6 to 8 families. Every accommodation unit has its own basement and circulating area designed in the basement floor. On each of the three above-the-ground storeys there are two identically designed flats of 75-square metres. All of them are designed as two-room apartments. Accommodation units situated on the second and third floor have got a balcony. The attic is uninhabited in the meanwhile. In case of being interested in inhabiting the garret there is a possibility of one or two apartments. It is necessary to do all the finishing work. Within the frame of the designed project, all the building drawings and mechanical reconstruction were drown up according to rules in operation.
