Optimalizace podnikových procesů od nákupu po distribuci konečného produktu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on optimizing business processes from purchasing to distribution of the final product to the customer which was made in the conditions of company named STOW ČR, s.r.o. The theoretic part describes pieces of knowledge in logistics, production system, Lean Company and Value Stream Mapping. These informations are the source for the analytic part of thesis. This one contains analysis of the company’s current situation with using Value Stream Mapping method. Finally all the production process was evaluated by exact and expert analysis of surroundings and the result is proposal for corrective measures to increase the efficiency of the process.
