Abstract

This bachelor thesis is concerned with questions related to turnover of employees in a chosen organization. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the causes, why are employees leaving the organization and make suitable suggestions and recommendation to reduce these leaving employees and to stabilize the employee turnover to an acceptable rate. We realized the research in ROMOTOP Inc., where they provided us needed data and information to measure the employee turnover. We acquired the primary data from questionnaires distributed to employees of labourer position and we find out the causes, why are employees leaving the organization from these primary data. By measuring fluctuation, we found out that at the analysed organization, the rate of exits was higher than the recommended span. The questionnaire survey showed that people most often leave the organization because of the insufficient financial evaluation. On the basis of the data we made several suggestions and recommendations to reduce the employee turnover.
