Problematika sladěnosti řízení výroby a zásob ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the issue of alignment of production and inventory management in the selected company, specifically to ensure the permanent availability of the basic material for the production of gramophones. Another objective is to identify the problems with inventory management of selected types of gramophones and a proposal to improve their control. The theoretical-methodologic section describes the theoretical resources in production and inventory management, there are identified problem areas of logistics and purchasing sections and basic role of logistics in production. Next there are mentioned information and communication technologies necessary for effective management of all logistics processes in company. In the following part there is the proposal to increase the level of synchronization replenishment and production by change of production plan for a supllier of the basic material and recommendation for improving the management of high-risk types of gramophones. The part of this thesis is also a proposal to change the information system in the company.
