Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the utilization of crisis staffs of municipalities with extended competence in coordination of rescue and clearance operations. The thesis deals with system of coordination of rescue and clearance operations in the Czech Republic and abroad. There was set out five blocks of research questions in this thesis. On the basis of research questions was compiled and evaluated a survey focused on the organization and operation of crisis staff of municipalities with extended competence. Based on the findings, a mobile workstation for a permanent working group of municipalities with extended powers was suggested.
