Průmyslové zóny a brownfields na Ostravsku

Abstract

The major goal of the diploma thesis is the use of selected industrial zones and brownfields in the regional development in the Ostrava area and subsequent recommendations for the improvement of the situation. The first part focuses on theoretical explanation of terminology and investments within industry business and its development, competitive advantage, real estate and labour market. The second chapter characterizes the region of Ostrava, its selected industrial zones and brownfields. The following summarizing and comparative part focuses on detailed problems and situation of the industrial zones and brownfields. The final part of the diploma thesis includes proposals and recommendations for development of individual zones and brownfields.
