Abstract

The main aim of this master thesis was to find out if Marketing & Business, the field of study at Economic faculty, could be understand as perspective one for its graduates due their applicability on the labour market. Next goal of this thesis was to discover, how student and graduates are satisfied with the level of obtained education. The thirst part is dedicated to some characteristics of labour market – effects of macro environment, main sources and requirements, which are placed on candidates within this market. In the second part was some theoretical basis of market analysis explained. In the practical part of this work are presented results of marketing research. The data for the research were gathered by written questioning about 150 student and graduates of M&B. On the base of this results could be possible to suggest some recommendations for marketers and Marketing & Business department.
