Vzdělávání a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with education and motivation of employees of a selected company which is in this case the Severni energeticka a.s. The main goal of the thesis is to assess the company's approach and attitude towards their employees' educational training and motivation from theoretical and practical viewpoints alike. Theoretical part defines and describes fundamental concepts in the areas of education and motivation, and furthermore, types of educational trainings and courses and individual motivational theories and tools thereof, such as performance bonuses and diverse company benefits. Practical part builds on findings obtained during various consultations at the company, outlines their application and utilization in real life, and also appraises educational and motivational systems within the company and current state of employees' levels of education and motivation overall.
