Abstract

Bachelor thesis Analysis of Cooperation between Carrier and Potential Proposals of Improvements describes important activities of logistics – transportation, carriage and their using in practices. The cooperating company is Gies CZ ltd and his transportation partner General Parcel Bohemia ltd. Theoretic part explain logistics, transportation system and carriage services, logistical cost and performances and other important aspects in the frame of engaged issue. In the practical part there are performed parent company Geis, German logistical group and the both affiliated companies, company Geis CZ and General Parcel Bohemia. The example of the business case shows mutual cooperation as the analysis of the ratio pointer of liquidity, indebtedness, activities and profitability of the company General Parcel Bohemia, which also discovered, whether is renowned partner of the company Geis CZ financial reliable.
