Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to choose the most suitable consumer credit for a given company for a predefined client according to the methods of multi-criteria decision making.This bachelor thesis contains five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction where the job description is outlined.The second chapter is focused on the characteristics of credit products, the specification of consumer loans and their categorization.The third chapter is focused on methods of multi-criteria decision making.The fourth chapter consists of a model case in which the client is defined. According to the client, evaluation of individual variants is performed.Furthermore, the financial institutions and the criteria by which the evaluation is carried out are defined.Subsequently, we calculate the criteria weights and evaluate the variants using methods.In the last part there is a comparison of the options according to the advantages and then the selection of the most advantageous variant, which is the most adequate for our client. The fifth chapter contains the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
