Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of a specific company by analysing its current situation and analysing the impact of micro and macro environment factors using selected methods. The theoretical part specifies and describes terms which are closely related to the topic. In the practical part, a particular company is analysed by means of selected methods: financial analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. By using these analytical methods, strengths and weaknesses of the company are uncovered. Finally, there are recommendations given to eliminate the weaknesses of the company.
